Motivated by a desire to heal personal injuries as a result of extensive violin practice, Hannah Cole dove deep into yoga and in 2014 completed her teacher training. Since then, she has taught yoga, and practiced mindfulness and minimalism. Her life has changed dramatically and she is excited to share her experience and expertise with you.
Aurelle Genzlinger is an event coordinator, psychologist, musician, elected official, mother, landscaper, and curious human. She practices and believes in the importance of mindfulness as a tool to wake-up to the reality of our world and gain freedom.
For close to 30 years, Joanne Kiel has been a student and coach, and knows that most learning and growth comes through our relationships with others. She has a strong 12-step background and is an avid reader and student of many psychological and philosophical schools of thought.
